Sapphire are described. Grotrian Diagrams:
Atomic energy level data are graphically presented
in Grotrian diagrams. Sapphire provides a
template for the Grotrian diagram of each of the
elements and ions in its database. A wizard in
Sapphire makes it possible to display only
transitions that meet a wide range of user
selectable criteria, e.g., selections rules
(including multiphoton) or a wavelength range. The
Grotrian diagram may be displayed together with
separate, fully interactive views giving details of
the states (energy, electron configuration and term
assignment) and of the transitions (wavelength,
energies of upper and lower levels). |
